What should I do if I receive a missing or broken product?
In the unfortunate event that you receive a missing or broken product, please follow these steps:
- Record an unboxing video with no edits or cuts.
- Report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, including the unboxing video and any relevant pictures.
- We will work towards resolving the issue promptly once we receive your report.
Can I return my order if it was purchased during a sale?
Unfortunately, all orders made during sales events are final, and we are unable to process returns or refunds for them.
Can I change my address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update your address. However, once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes. In such cases, if the address provided was incorrect, we will need to re-ship the order, and a reshipment fee will be charged. Is you jewellery waterproof?
Yes, our stainless steel jewellery is waterproof, designed to withstand exposure to water without tarnishing or losing its colour, making it perfect for everyday wear. However, it's important to note that gold plated brass and sterling silver jewellery require extra care as they are not waterproof and may tarnish over time.
